Event: Table Topics and Humorous Speech Club Contests. All members who are eligible to compete will be contestants, the rest will serve as the contest functionaries. Contact Contest Chair Donna Fossmeyer, DTM at

DIRECTIONS: From downtown Houston, take I-45 South toward Galveston. Take exit #35 - Edgebrook Dr./Clearwood Dr. At intersection, turn left on Clearwood Dr. that becomes Edgebrook Dr. Continue on Edgebrook Dr. 2.3 miles before it becomes Fairmont Parkway. Continue 1.2 miles until reaching 3604 Fairmont Parkway or Peppers on your right. [Part of this route is through a residential area.]
ALTERNATE ROUTE: Pass Edgebrook Dr./Clearwood Dr. and take Exit #34 - S. Shaver St./Almeda Genoa Rd. At this intersection, turn left onto Almeda Genoa Rd. which soon becomes S. Shaver. Continue on S. Shaver St. for about 2 miles until you reach Fairmont Parkway. Turn right onto Fairmont Parkway and continue 1.2 miles until reaching Peppers on your right. [Depending on time of evening, this route may have less traffic.]
BELTWAY ROUTE: From Beltway 8, exit Fairmont Parkway and drive about 2 miles inside the Beltway. Make a U-turn at Strawberry so that Peppers will be on your right.
